About Us
PICOF.net is an international photography website where you can share and discuss photos, meet other people that are passionate about photography, post and receive valuable critiques and participate in weekly and monthly contests. Both amateurs and professionals are welcomed to join and registration takes only a few seconds!
Personal galleries
Once you upload a photograph in your personal gallery, it is instantly published on the front page for everyone to see. You will quickly receive feedback in the form of comments, favorites or upvotes/downvotes. If your photo receives enough feedback, it will appear on the Popular Photos section.
Weekly and monthly contests
We host weekly and monthly online photography contests based on various themes. Anyone can join and each winner gets his photo published on the front page for a full day.
The photos are voted by a part of the community members. By participating in our contests you can gain valuable feedback on your photos, and valuable exposure if you win!
Reputation
You can gain reputation points based on your activity throughout the site. More than that, members are awarded badges for their various accomplishments (e.g. for a popular photo).
Badges are of three types, depending on how difficult they are to get: bronze, silver and gold.
